A Year of Transformation

This very special package comprises:
x30 sessions of Somatic Parts Therapy
x2 Sweat Lodges
x1 weekend Retreat
Total fee is £2,855 if your chosen Retreat is our 2-night camping Summer Solstice Sweat Lodge Retreat or £2,950 if your chosen Retreat is one of our 3-night Retreats in Derbyshire. These fees are a 5% saving- £150 or £155 respectively.
If you would like to attend more lodges, retreats or Red Tents over the course of the year, these can be booked at a discount of 10% for each event.
All sessions/events must be completed before the end of 2027. Payment is up front, as this package requires a commitment to yourself. Individual payment plans can also be discussed. There is a cancellation policy for this package, details can be provided on request.

Couples Parts Therapy
This package comprises 6 sessions of individual Somatic Parts Therapy for each of you and 6 sessions together. Only by understanding yourself better can you work on the individual triggers which bring up the behaviour and reactions of your parts in your relationship. Working individually as well as together is the most effective way to achieve lasting change.
The fee for this package is £1500, a saving of £90 on individually priced sessions. Individual sessions are 60 minutes, couples sessions are 75 minutes. If you would prefer to book on a session to session basis that can also be accommodated.
Please get in touch to book an initial session together. This first session is charged individually so that you can decide whether you would like to go ahead and book the package.
