Small Group Yoga Classes for Women
With a maximum of 6 students in a class there is lots of opportunity for individual adjustment and assistance. We work through graceful, flowing yogic movement with the 4 principles of this yoga- breath work, smooth movement, mind focus and point of stretch. With engagement and commitment to your own process you will experience the profound changes yoga practice can make to your experience of life. Come and join us!
All classes are taught in 6 week blocks
£55 for the 6 week block
All classes are held in The Yoga Hut, a purpose built back garden space. Classes are held for a maximum of 5 students. This Yoga is suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.
121 sessions are also available to deepen and refine your individual practice.
