All classes taught in 6 week blocks
£50 for 6 week block
All classes are held in The Yoga Hut, a purpose built back garden space. Classes are held for a maximum of 5 students. I teach a form of Dynamic Yoga, flowing sequences of movement aligned with the breath and present moment awareness. The Yoga is suitable for all levels of experience, including beginners.
